I am in my third year studying Human Resources Management and Development at the Open University of Mauritius.
Since my employment as Social Compliance officer at Evidence Services Ltd, I have accompanied the Director on many occasions during the implementation of the WRAP PROGRAMME in the textile manufacturing factories thus learning all the rudiments of Social Compliance Auditing which forms part of the programme.

During my training I have also learned auditing using buyers Standards/Codes etc.

I have been continually trained on all the fundamentals of auditing and acted as Second Auditor until now I am acting as Lead Auditor and performing the audits on my own.

The training included: (a) Learning Social Compliance based on the local laws in force for the manufacturing textile sector and (b) to audit, take photos, interpret/identify non-conformities and make recommendations.

The factories dealt with by Evidence Services Ltd are among the biggest in Mauritius.
